The EMS system allows, via the ISOBUS connection, management of product spreading with manure spreaders in proportion to the advancement speed.

Technical details

The system automatically manages advancement control of the discharge system using a solenoid valve. The operator can change the quantity of product to be spread at any time.

This system helps keep the amount of scattered material always constant, regardless of vehicle forward speed.

The system also allows you to enter up to 12 spreading programs, one for each type of product.

Integration of PowerCAN system for data control

A device called PowerCAN is installed on the machine, characterised as follows:

Power supply 9 ÷ 32 VDC
Management of 1 OUT PWM 0 – 12 V for the management of:
a proportional valve, which controls the advancement speed of the discharge system.
Management of 1 IN 0-12V for the management of:
discharge sensor speed system
Management of 1 CAN port with ISOBUS protocol and VT (Virtual Terminal), AUX-N (Auxiliary Command New) and TC (Task Controller) functionality
