PowerCAN 4.0 system
Recording and control of process data
The PowerCAN 4.0 system allows process data to be recorded and controlled
Data recording takes place using digital and/or analogue sensors already on the vehicle or specifically installed. Via the Bluetooth connection, the Device transmits its data to the smartphone.
PowerCAN device
The PowerCAN 4.0 system applies to different types of industrial machines and agricultural tools.
The Device, mounted on the machine, consists of an electronic unit with a 32-bit microprocessor programmed with software written in C/C++ to read 0/12V and 4-20mA analogue digital signals and/or 0/10V converting them into physical quantities such as weight, pressure, inclination, speed, frequency, etc.
Through the Bluetooth connection, the Device transmits its data to the smartphone.
The connections of the 2 sensors managed in the standard version and the quantities to be detected will be configured during the order phase.

A device called PowerCAN is installed on the machine, characterised as follows:
Power supply 9 ÷ 32 VDC
Management of 2 standard IO + 2 optional IO
to connect to the J1939-13 diagnostic connector (Deutsch HD10 – 9 – 1939) to retrieve standard PGN information such as:
- Engine rpm (PGN 61444)
- Engine consumption (PGN 65266)
- Feed rate (PGN 65265)
- Hitch Position (PGN 65093)
- PTO rotation speed (PGN 65091)
- Management of a Bluetooth port for sending the information retrieved from the sensors and CAN port to an Android smartphone with integrated GPS satellite tracker and data SIM card on which the app is installed to connect via GPRS to the Web Platform to exchange data and display speed, km traveled, work cycles, work time. etc.
